External wall insulation in Greenbank
“We wouldn’t have slept in the back bedroom before the work was done and would have been embarrassed having a guest to stay in there as it was so cold.”
We applied 90 mm Graphite EPS insulation to this house in Greenbank. The customer, Dave, said “The back bedroom, which was previously so cold, is now our baby’s room. It’s definitely warmer, and the damp and condensation have reduced significantly. There’s a noticeable change in the ambient temperature of the rooms.”
As you can see from the photos below, the exterior appearance of the house is similar, though Dave and his family chose a different render colour.
New pipes were fitted around the insulation, and new window sills fitted:
