“The first thing is to say that our house is now considerably warmer than before, retaining a lot more heat when, for example, the heating goes off at night. Also, damp due to condensation in my daughter’s room and our bedroom seems to be a thing of the past. Lastly, the path of water from the side 2nd floor side window down to the basement, where it was causing damp on an internal wall, seems to be disappearing when it normally comes back in winter. So the work you did is ticking all the boxes in terms of what we wanted to change. A big thank you to you and your team!”
