Wood fibre external wall insulation in Montpelier

This large solid brick wall was crying out for some insulation!

We installed 100mm Diffutherm Wood Fibre and the customer chose a really striking blue render colour:

 The customer said: “The heating is on less when it is turned on, i.e. is on intermittently instead of continuously.The house is much more pleasant, cozy, warms up faster and stays warm. Air is at a more friendly temperature and all the stuff in cupboards and cellar which back onto the wall are much drier and warmer. Fires draw much better and light much more easily with warm chimneys.
